The 2009 vintage includes a small lot of Cabernet Franc for enhanced tann i n s t ruc ture and complexity. The separate lots were aged for 14 months in French oak barrels prior to blending and bottling.

This is a more elegant and refined Cabernet than we’re used to and we’d like to get used to it. Lovely nuances of refined flavors and soft tannins allow a great match with pork tenderloin in a mustard and rosemary sauce.
